Too bad :( But if you get the chance the story stands up on its own, its a completely different pilot and baring a mission later on, doesnt really intersect the first game. Besides, its not like MGS were the story is the focus, its more gameplay oriantated, imo.

The only question is... how many times should I mail them?

Every day, definetly.

irrelevant.

The plot is not necessary to the enjoyment of the hot mecha action.

I can't say I ever played ZOE2 but ZOE was "decent' if not a quick 6 hours or less of "decent" fun. When I say "decent" I mean it is cool for a mech game, but the story was really stupid. THe MGS2 demo though? Worth the $50 I paid for it.

Make Zenders 3 and pack it with a demo of MGS next.

It worked for the first game.

For the time I thought that the GFX were stunning!

ISDK, if you never played the 1st two and never will, you could always watch some 'let's plays'.

We need Jehuty back or a new badass looking OF.
I wonder if they can make a mech more or as charismatic as Anubis too.

given Kojima's story telling... how in the hell will I not be confused as shit.
Simple: Kojima is only the 'producer' which to me means he didn't have shit to do with the game and they only used his name to sell it. The story is very simple and direct. The 1st game has shitty cutscenes. The 2nd boosted the gameplay and controls to wacky Japanese awesomeness and they changed the cutscenes to great anime goodness. The music is fantastic as well.

Just look at the opening promo and tell me it doesn't get you ecstatic:

I am sending this e-mail in reference to the Zone of the Enders series. Yes, I am extremely interested in seeing another iteration to the "High Speed Robot Action" saga. There is no other single player mecha game that touches (Armored Core does NOTHING for me). Seeing an evolution of the gameplay from the first game to second gives me goosebumps just thinking about how Jehuty would control on the PS3 (I only own a PS3, so exclusivity HOOOO!)

Aside from that, Yoji Shinkawa works otherwordly magic with the character and mech designs. The artwork from Z.O.E. 2 was magnificent, and I would definitely like to see what he is capable of the third time around.

Lastly is music. The music for both games was peerless. So much so that whenever I play a non Team Sneaking game on Metal Gear Online, the track Bahram Battleship is all I listen to. Whoever composed the tracks for both titles should definitely be on board for the third.

If this could happen, I would be forever grateful, as my current gen mecha genre is sorely lacking (PSX = Omega Boost, PS2 = ZOE1&2).

Thanks for your time and for the opportunity of giving input.
If you're feeling fanboyish and don't want to write something up on your own, you can copy paste mine.

Too bad Mech games were never my cup of tea or else I'd be pretty interested. I may give this game a rental if it does in fact ever come out though just because Kojima is brilliant.
