I still can't believe just how well some of these games are selling on the Wii, although im glad to see titles like Shaun White, COD, Bloom Blox, and RE4 doing well. Titles like Carnival Games, Game Party, and Wii Play above all really have my scratching my head.

845,568 players have played ranked games(according to their online leaderboard)....sure some of those are more than likely players who made a second account, but thats still a far higher number than what is show above.

I did state it was retail only numbers. However, the actual totals are not the point of this thread. It's the difference between first weeks sales and the total.

It shows how front loaded a title is, how much word of mouth has carried it along and how little retail pushed a game at launch, etc...
