I say this with all grief, but nintendo might have a hard time with the DS when the PSP is releaed.
1) PSP looks much better than the DS
2) It has in game graphics as powerful and even more powerful than the ps2. While the DS has graphics that are compared to the N64.

I really don't care about graphics and the way a handheld looks, but a lot of mainstreem gamers do take interest in graphics and the way a hanheld looks (psp to me looks exactly like GBA). Therefore nintendo will have a hard time controlling the handhelf market after the release of the PSP.
