I'm pretty sure Live is down again tonight...it seems that they always jack it up after one of their service outtages...

Yep went out on us while we were playing RB2 online. MajorNelson isn't updating his site either, so no idea how long it will be. Xbox.com also says that live is up and running (when it clearly is not).

Yeah, I thought it was my internet connection at first, but everyone seems up and arms about their Live being down.

I was going to play a few songs on RB2, but I think I'll just go to sleep.

It's working for me now, but my friend back home can't get on. I see you two on as well. I wonder what's wrong with my friends...

Odd. When I first got on it said that you two and one more friend were all on. I just played a few COD rounds so it must be working sporadically for people

This is what always happens when there is an update or maintenance. Some people can log on and some people can't, eventually it works itself out.

I had the same happen yesterday too... off an on connection....

so far today I haven't had any problems.

I would love to blame my Xbox Live problems on Xbox Live itself.
I repeatedly am getting disconnected from Live, seemingly randomly.
When I test connection, it will sometimes randomly tell me my the internet is disconnected, yet I can hit X again without touching any wires and *poof* now the connection is wired. And then later it will disconnect again.

Fuck my new replacement unit.
I spent 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft trying to fix my content license problem (with some of Noah's content needing to be transferred to mine, but keeping most of his on his), and now watch me have to go through all of that again (not to mention I just used up my once-a-year content license transfer on this new unit) if there is something fucked with the ethernet port.

Microsoft needs to go suck a ball and a half.

yikes....sounds like a pain in the arse!

By the way....is the gamerpic that I have now the one that Noah was talking about as being the free Rock Band 2 one?
