to my opinion, RFOM win the match. i like the atmosphere better, better physix, better environment, huge area.. although GOW beats it lightning effects.

LOL? Obviously Gears looks better in the graphics department it´s also mainly a third person shooter which challenges the hardware even more. Dunno which gameplay is better, I hadn´t the opportunity yet to play RFOM.

Anyway, in certain aspects RFOM looks better. (Weapons, vehicles and even multiplayer imo) but overall I think Gears is leaps and bounds ahead. Watching that actually brought back some good memories of GoW. :)

I've never played Resistance.... although i want to. They seem to be way different though.

Gears of War is definitly a blast. I would watch the video, but my internet has been screwy :(

Resistance is one of the ps3 games I really want to play, but since I haven't I can't compare it to Gears of War.

Anyways watching this video reminds me of how much fun GoW can be.

Gears of War looks better, it's got the better engine with more advanced effects. Streaming textures, fancy pixel shader effects, all that.

Resistance is hardly pushing the PS3 at all. Insomniac are very new to machines with shaders, guys like Epic and Rare have been doing this on Xbox for donkeys years. Or is that Donkey Kongs years.

But graphics whoredom is so tiresome...

I'm sorry ps3 fanboys, but Gears is more fun IMO.

Of course actually comparing graphics and shit like that is sorta stupid cuz GoW is a title that is pushing the 360, the same CAN'T be said for Resistance and the PS3.

It's a pretty apples to oranges comparison. Sure they both have guns, but the gameplay mechanics on both are very different. I still say Resistance if I had to pick one due to it having a lot more depth and better weapons, but that doesn't make Gow a bad game by any means.
