There is a clip for you. But it is clearly not next gen in my opinion.

There is a comparison clip between last gen and this gen. However, there is not a huge difference in my opinion.

WHOA, that looks amazing! TRUE next-gen has arrived! There is a HUGE difference(all pun intended) in this video and anything we've seen at E3. LOL

Makeitlookreal, Sometimes it's not just about the visuals but the changes in AI and animation that makes the game appear more realistic. I think people need to focus a little less on poly counts and shaders and look at the animation and gameplay. Assassin Creed is a good example of attempting to take gameplay and enviornment interaction to the next level for next-gen.

I respect your opinion but I disagree.

If you had another comparison one more leap forward you would get graphics as good as Tiger Woods or Fight Night. That is what I will call Next-Gen. This is just "better" than last gen.

Have you looked very closely at all the facial detail in the Fight Night game at your local WalMart? It is AMAZING! You can see the tiny hairs, the pours, tiny blemishes, etc. I did NOT see that in this demo.

Personally, I would be very happy with PS2 or perhaps PS2.5 AI and physics if I could utilize let say FOUR of the SPE's for pure geometry to help out the RSX!

Makeitlookreal, it's all about the camera my friend. The camera angles are based on the type of game. Personally I was disappointed that fight night did not have refs in the ring and only two or three different types of corner men. Once again it's about the camera angles and looking at the entire enviornment not just two characters on the screen. Also, the animation in Fight Night is not next-gen at all. Great looking characters does not make a next-gen title, that's one part of the equation. Peace

More cheese with your whine. You can't afford one anyway.

I can't afford it right now but if I see games of the high graphical quality I want then by all means I will try to find someway to purchase it if at that time such a usage of funds is a responsible thing to do.

And about Camera angles... I understand that even in real-life when you are further away from someone you don't see as much detail, but in this game close up or far away it really does not look super-detailed.

By the way, I love cheese, but I don't drink wine. Can't stand the taste of alcohol. I am a coffee man myself.

makeitlookreel>thats not the same clip :P. If you want next gen graphics, you might have to wait another 6 years until the PS4 is out.

The quality of the video is poor but we can see that it is one of the best looking game of E3. Isn't it running on UE3 ?
Despite what makeitlookreal says it is true next gen.
And remember this is an early game in the console cycle, imagine what we will get in 2008 or 2009 ... :) :)
Can't wait for november 17th.

Ignore this, just venting: Holy crap I am sick of this game already! So much publicity for something not that great! I will not buy this game just out of spite. Didn't enjoy BiA anyway.

Having seen this in person I can assure you it looks nothing like the screens or trailers released thus far. The game's still pretty early in development, lots of jaggies and framrate problems and such. It does look very promising however and I'm sure Gearbox can get it up to the quality of the trailers having seen what they've currently got.
