the offer some good Ideas but I still want:
- to be able to play in the rainforest and desert and maybe on an airforce carrier............just ideas
- I also want more play maker options: c-stick left/right = HB rollout instead of blocking.
- talkin to the refs. bitching and just more "background action"
- more celebrations, they are the same as last year! - maybe like jumping into the crowds, dunking over the goal post and shiz
Good lord, just please make some decent commentary. I'm so tired of it all.

TO's sharpie celebration is supposedly in it, for him only. If you hold R2 before scoring with him, he does the sharpie celebration.
If it has online leagues, like XSN. Madden will get my $50 next year.

as long as they don't allow the ps2 version to lagg the others down

I hope that it isn't exactly the same as all the others, like it is every year.
Wow, we can release a new game every year with a different roster and people will keep paying $50 dollars for it!

how dumb are you, they add new shit every year. talk about a madden hater

I don't just hate Madden, I hate most of those mainstream sports games.
And don't call me dumb because I have a different opinion than you, big guy.

it is an ignorant opinion. They added a quite indepth owners mode, a "play action" camera which fakes the run camera and jumps back into the pass, they added more indepth scouting, play maker, online on ps2, new stadiums, more unlockables

Wow, new stadiums! Oh my goodness! That makes it sooooo much better than Madden 2003! And a "playmaker" mode? Wow! A play-action camera! Sweet! Scouting, holy shit! I better go buy it! That's totally worth $50!
How dumb are you, maybe that stuff isn't very significant to me. My opinion of not liking sports games is in no way ignorant. If you said you don't like RPG's, I wouldn't call you dumb, because that's your opinion. Geez.

The only thing I knock about rpg's is that they limit REAL TIME FIGHTING, other than that I like RPG's
so your ignorant ass can stay outta the thread
Both of you calm down. This thread doesn't need to go down the toilet.

I wasn't, captain
Which was clearly obvious.
I like Madden ... but I also feel cheated out when a new one comes out every year, to me ... it's not worth buying every year.

Suzuki Fanboy has obviously never played Madden. I had 2002 and now I have 2004. 2004 is way different than 2002 in gameplay and new modes, etc. It is a more perfect football game than 2002 because you can't get 20 yards on a sweep every time you run it. If you throw a bad pass in 2004, you WILL pay because they will intercept it. In 2002, the other team RARELY intercepted my pass, and the coverage AI was much worse. In 2002, there was no training camp or pre-season to improve players. There was no Owner Mode. The list goes on and on and proves you stupider every minute.

Dude.. I played with the Bengals in 2003 and won the Super Bowl.. its not that hard.
In 2004 so far Jon Kitna has 4500 passing yards, Dillon has over 2000 rushing yards, Chad Johnson has 2200 recieving yards, Jeff Burris has 15 interceptions(6 for TD). (Pro setting) I'm definitely gonna turn it to All-Madden next season... lol.

yeah on rookie, anyone here that can take the texans and win the super bowl on all madden with them will have respect from me........otherwise stats are meaningless

No its on Pro.. I just underestimated my skills and didn't turn on All-Madden.

ah, yeah I started on pro. I have to play on madden, it's like beating a game on medium or easy just isn't enough.

Well i dont care if has a big pile of crap as a picture on the box. As long as they continue to make good Madden football sims and stay as close to real life as possible I will buy the game. Even though at time I want to strangle John Madden and his piss-poor timing with his comentary.

How many minute quarters do you play on, and do you play with the accelerated clock option?

I just don't get how stuff like this, though ok I'll admit it has more features and stuff but the engine looks pretty much the same as the year before, sells 2 million copies yet games that actually deserve to sell that much don't.

as I have stated before, you cannot talk bad about madden realism unless your playing madden level dificulty, so disregard what kevin said

I buy Madden every other year. 2004 is awesome, and if 2005 is improved enough, I may have to make it a yearly thing.
