I was going to buy the PS2 HM, but I heard it had nothing to do with farming, which ticked me. (you know, that sounds really odd...)

u actually have to buy seeds, chickens, and some barn animals so i guess it has a lot of things to do with farming

The PS2 version took a completly different route than other HM games. The game puts more emphasis on relationships and story.

Pro's:

-stronger A.I.
-more RPG-style

Con's:

-no festivals (I think)
-no marriage/dating
-game is over in one year
-year is short

I haven't played it for myself yet, but I'll buy it eventually... there's so many games I want to play and not enough time anymore, I miss grade six.

Yeah harvest moon for ps2 is about figuring out ways to save the home land. So farming is just so you can get things to save the land.

But anyways I love harvest moon. I am hook to awl at the moment. It's one of the most technical harvest moons I've ever played. But that just adds to the challenge. But what I love most about this harvest moon is raising my family. It's a trip how my kid grows up, it makes me proud to be a father :cool: . Anyways Once you figure things out, farming is easy. But at first its a biatch. I love harvest moon to death
