I still have a copy of Nightfire sealed sitting in my room that I bought for $14.99 and hoped to sell to someone for a profit. I think I'll get Burnout, though.

Yes, it is. The new one is so cheap because they are trying to clear out their overstock of new copies.

Burnout for $9.99 is a sweet deal. The second one is better in most regards but it's still carrying the heavy pricetag.
