Places to Pre-order the PSP.

Hey, wassup playas. I just wanted to tell you guys, if you hadn't preordered the PSP yet, where to get one. I have done my research and have found out where the big pimpin' places are to pre-order one. Look at this list below:


1. EB Games (This is where I preordered mine. Don't try going to GameStop, because ya can't get it there! I tired 3 different Game Spots, nothing.)

2. Ebay (Many people sell you an actual pre-order of the PSP plus a game, some selling from $300 - $400. Just search: "Sony PSP").

3. And finally for the fat donuts who just want to sit at home on their butts all day, you can pre-order it online at: http://www.lik-sang.com/list.php?nav=top&category=218 .

So your best bet is probably getting of your fat behind and drive to EB Games and pre-order that PSP. Go get some exercise.

I'm not preordering it. I'm waiting about 6 months after realease for the price to go down a bit then buying it. I also get a larger choice of games 8) I'll be getting the DS first though.

Haha, have fun waiting, the PSP price isn't going to drop that quick considering they aren't making much selling the PSP units. I'd say the price is going to drop in about 1 year - 1 year and a half. Gave fun Games_fan being the "uncool" guy with your foldable brick. I bet the PSP price will start at about $250 and NDs at $200. Oh yeah, and Ultimate Gamer, it costs $20 at EB Games to preorder it.

Dude ya gatta pre-order it if ya want it when it comes out, otherwise you won't get it. Do you remember when the PS2 came out? They were sold out everywhere for about 2 months! I just got mine last year! Well at least in California around Los Angeles they were sold out. But this time, I just played it safe by pre-ordering it, maybe it won't be sold out. Mayyybeeee.... Since NDS is attracting many people as well and they are both eating our wallets. :lol:

Looks like you missed half the post out i'll be waiting 6 months at the most to buy it and it will have a wider choice of games and i'm sure a shop were I live will drop the price a bit :roll:

yeah a better choice of games when you get it is a good thing but with all the other features of the psp it has quite a few other things than games to do on it although it is made for gaming! :lol:

I know it has more features but also the memory sticks wil be cheaper and I don't want to pay more than £40 on a mem stick.

Well you wont get a very big one for £40 well in less than a cople of years time anyway for £40 you might get a 256mb i can get a 512mb for £82.

I'll preorder it from Gameplay (the UK videogames e-tailer legendary for getting games to you days before launch). That way I can wander around Princes Street on launch night when people are queing, and taunt them.

They have the DS for online preorder, but it looks like you have to pay the full $200 to preorder it.

If he does get one, hes just going to buy the same games I do, it makes me mad, because then when I want to play other games besides the one I have, and if I ask him he has the ones I have, I already Have them :twisted: . Right now he has Most of the same games I have for the PS2.

I visited the specific link you provided and it says to pre-order before it ships on the 19th of November, 2004 and the price.... $0... oh that would be a dream if it would be for real :P ... but really, how can that be... it means that the PSP is somewhere out there all alone waiting for us to take care of it! :P

Btw nice 2 meet u... I am new here. I knew about PSP a long time but wasn't really that excited but yesterday it hit me and I wanted to buy one... I don't know why! I am not into gaming... I only have the classic PS One... not the small one but the one which Sony released at the very beginning :P ! Anw... nice to c u!

i dont see why 3 people voted for NDS...i just dont see whats so great i mean wow...two screens. wouldnt that make it more expinsive? dont forgot about those amazing N64 graphics so it has to be atleast twice as much as PSP! i have to get one! (before people flip out this is my opinion) o yea you get what you pay for...what you want high quality graphics with amazing fetures other then playing games...or two screen with PAPER MARIO! yeah!

well if that is what people are into you really can't hold it aginst them...personaly i think that the two screen thing is redickuless i mean there is really no point with some games but i would guess they will make the games for those screens but on the psp subject i really havent founs ime to reserve one and don't know if i will i mean i want there to be time to see if any bugs pop up in the system. i don't want to buy one that ends up with some bug like my ps2 did. so i'll wait about 6 months or so....i know that seems like a long time but it take a while for those bugs to take afect and if it is going to save me from having to buy another one then another 6 months is worth it. :D 8)

yea you dont have to worry...unless your bday is march first then you will have a problem with shortage. but i mean if its pushed back just ask that your parents just wait until its released or get the money from them

well it really would'nt matter if it's march 1st he could just reserve it and then pick it up when he can then there would be no shortage even if he did'nt have the money it's only like 30 to reserve a copy so he could pay the rest when he got the money. :D

reserving is stupid ive had to many bad expireinces. its like you reserve it so you get one so it doesnt run out but yet they still seem to run out even though its reserved.

:shock: where did you reserve your at....i've never had that happen to me the only time i've been told that it could happen was if i did'nt pick it up within 2 weeks but that was a hollywood video...was it a gamestop....i don't know that sounds kinda screewy to me because they keep all the reserve copys in the back room and they don't even come out intill you come by to get it well anyway is there anyone else out there that that has happend to....hmmmm ....that's so odd.

yea well games that i want to reserve i cant. cause i got a BestBuy gift certificate and the only thing you can reserve is GTA:SA or HALO2...as most people can guess.
