different psp's

ok... I have been coming to this site for a while (though I only recently registered) and I noticed the board where someone posted some pictures of the psp.

While looking at them I noticed the ratchet and clank psp and was wondering if they would make a final fantasy VII psp along ith some other psp's themed after other mega-popular games.

I also started to wonder what other games people would like to have a psp themed on

Great idea!!!!It will be cool.Because if we fed up from the cover after a year or so we could take a new cover.So it will be good for long run of PSPs.

by the looks of the psp cover at the moment, maybe them plastic thin stickers could go on, them that just peel off, and stick with no adhesive.

Ok 10$ will be good.
Now other important need of cover is that we usually gots scratches on the outer display which seems odd.so outer cover will solve this problem.Hence they will be better than stickers.

What we need is a cover that can protect the screen. I wouldn't want to pay a lot for my PSP and have some dots in my screen after a few days. Stickers could be nice if your planning on leaving them there forever.

The thing is if the psp has a removable outer cover than it would be easier to damage it, not to mention all the dust that could get in it

also it is in my experience that removable cover s tend to be easy to dent and alot of people would like to keep their psp's in perfect or very near perfect condition

a couple of years back they made a cellphone that you could by these little pictures for it which were on plastic that was sliglity moistened....maby they could do something like this for the psp....kind of get the best of both worlds.

Agreed.But it will not be good feding with the same look/colour of you PSP for months.

The only thing that I see that could be a problems with the moist stick stickers are that:

1. you can't change the background color

&

2. if it gets too hot they could melt

Well i will definitely purchasing a neck strap.I dont want my ps2 slipping from my hand accidently.

maybe you could have a clear hard plastic cover over the screen, that could be on while your playing it, so you could choose what music you want on, then let it hang from ur neck without having to take a cover on and off constantly

i think just a rectangle of hard clear plastic that clips on the top of the psp would do fine, for when it is in partial use. other times, a nice full bag type case

this might just be a travel bag.
there'll surely be a case made of plastic that doesnt look so bad.
maybe even something like the tapwave zodiac has.
and look at the PSP and other sony stuff... as you see sony is able to make products with a cool design :)

well for those of you that think the SONy case is SHITE i will be working with leather this summer and hopefully i will have enough left over to prototype a carrying case when the PSP comes out just think all black leather with padded velvet interior and a snap closure (or whatever else i want to try maybe magnetic) and i can make it so you can add a belt clip.

what do you guys think?

I don't actually think that the bag is that bad looking, still I wouldn't buy one because it might come across as a bit lady-like. Hopefully Sony will ammend this problem and make it more man-like... Perhaps endorse it by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

well then if not leather any other materials you would like as far as a FULL coverage case the only thing you cant have is a hard case (at least as far as im willing and knowledgable to make) so hey name the material start a poll what ever but im gonna do mine with black leather (but not the stiff stuff unless someone wants it) and velvet lining or ill carry all of my electronics (PSP, Zodiac, DS, GBA SP) in an aluminum briefcase with velvet lining.

so please provide more info than just leather stinks because your idea may be custom made for you (if you really want me to)

I want a hard metal case with a customed design/logo.

Then I want a hard foam layered by a somewhat thick velvet cloth to protect my psp from scratches, and I want the case to really fit my psp, so if accident happen(hope not), the psp will be safe inside. :D

I started this poll to find out what games people would like to have their psp's modeled after and some how it turned into a carry case discussion. Not that this is bad or anything (I was going to start a poll for this also).
