Genre of Games I want to see in PSP !

I really hope that they will make a lot of RPG, FPS, Action/Adventure games for PSP! so I can always play it anytime, especially at midnight!

I also hope that they will have an MMORPG in PSP.

Hey Sharingan, welcome to PS3 Insider. I'm looking forward to a nice selection of RPG's to play, as I think they would kill the most time when you're on long journeys. I'm also looking forward to playing a lot of racing games on the PSP, especially GT4. 8)

Me, I really can't wait to play Tales of Eternia, Ys, and Tower of Purgatory.

I'm also a huge fan of grand turismo, and I might also be getting it for PS2 if it comes out ealier than psp. I just hope that gt4 in psp will be playable in wi-fi, who knows, maybe I'll be competing with you for the championship. :lol:

Id like to see driving, i think driving games will work really well on PSP - GT4 Mobile should be great.

I agree, acid (or ac!d as its spelled in the logo) looks fun and a diffrent take on the stealth action genre. I'm also looking foward to some good RPGs too, maybe a MMO if its good.

Darkstalkers looks really cool too, espicially if it uses wi-fi.

Sony didn't say a single words about PSP before E3.. not even Developers list or even those games on psp.

Then on E3.. PSP came on top with more games then DS.. not only that PSP's developer list exceed to 99 lol.

When PSP games were listed many of you must be shocked .. :) so many variety of games.

that what i do with most games because you never know.....if there was better and more releable reviews then maybe i could buy a game and be confident that it was worth buying it....but there is'nt so i always end up renting then buying...inless i've played it before then no renty.

yea there is a problem with reviews. mags and people are like 5 STARS!! you buy it or rent it and your like WTF!? this wasnt worth the 5 bucks i used to rent it. and your like what is it 5 out of 500 thousand stars?

yea alot of games that dont have alot of publicity are sometimes good..but to an extent dont rent something like barneys time travel...cause i can garentee thats not going to be good to people over the age or 4.

you have to pay get on the servers...it doesnt matter if its wirless...it just means you can move and your not teathered to your router or cable modem. thats all

online games can get expencive but some of them are worth it like ff11 well i think it's worth it.....or you could go the free way like socom but there would be a fee on most rpg's there are some out there that are free though so....i don't know.

Oh yeah, to connect to a wireless network you need hotspots....that sucks and FF11 wasn't worth it to me. Now if the game was 5.00 a month then yeah its worth it. But I just want to pay one large sum of about 30.00 so I can have access to the game. Don't you have to pay for the service PSP service provider to get "online" too? You would probraly have to pay a sum of money every month like an internet service.....But I hope Sony can support Internet service providers like MSN or AOL....broadband service or dial-up just like FF11 just wireless. But you will have to shell alot of money to buy a router for your computer. (unless you have a labtop that is compatible to the 802.11b or 802.11b/g/extreme-G all together.

uhh PS2 online is free. and im pretty sure PSP online would be too. but uhh tell me what is the point of finding hotspots if you can just get a router and play? i dont know of any 802.11b hotspots around the houston area unless it is in a stadium or a coffee shop

No, you'll have to pay Sony a subscription fee as you'd be connecting to a variety of ISPs depending on your location. Paying the Sony subscription fee will cover all of these.

Trouble is that the one you subscribe to might not be available in every area. So if you pay Sony they will pay all the ISPs so that you can connect your PSP to Wi-Fi at any place.

I live in Houston, TX and there are plenty of hotspots for (MSN)
so I don't need to get a service for Sony anyway..........
Because im in the LAN region so.... :D But for people who live in Idaho and Montana might need it. We have hotspots in Coffee shops, Stadiums, Airports, and some Banks 8)

in minute maid park isnt there a big Road Runner High Speed zone or w/e. anyway that gives high speed internet and you dont even need to have RR. yea MSN hotspots are everywhere same with RR and AOL spots..there is one...i think a T mobile..i think

there is a park somwhere around here that is a hot spot it is crasy people are out eating there lunch at a picknick and there are telephone jacks that you can plug into out in the middle of the park ...it's cool they run there wires under the ground out to little posts all over the park i think that is pretty cool.....what say you to that?
