a few weeks back, i looked up sony psp on ebay and found 2 pages worth of listings. people were asking upwards of $500 US for a PSP upon release in november (japan). today, the section is completely gone and no items can be found under sony psp or umd.

nope haven't notice. but seems kinda stupid for people trying to sell the thing on ebay before it's even released. bunch of dumb dumbs!

if u look for nintendo ds you can buy it as soon as its realeased the guy says for however much the action finished at it was on $80 last time i looked not sure now thought

Those auctions are just to catch morons. There are many ebay auctions that trick you with the wording, you gotta read carefully or you are screwed. One I saw for instance was worded so well it was hard to notice, but the user was selling the "picture" of the product and not the actual product itself ^^.
