No, he's just trying to get his post count up and not reading the topics through. check out some of his other posts and you'll see, so don't worry about it.


anyway, the graphics aren't the cream of the crop but the game play and the story line is mass intriguing. i'll keep an eye out for this game for sure

gameplay was basically got me into this game. it plays similiar to DMC, and DMC was great. very fast paced hack and slash with combo's and finishing moves. plus it also has some puzzle solving similiar to Prince Of Persia only with blood and gore. how the hell can you beat that? 8)

Well apparently, its a lot faster paced than DMC...which is gonna be sweet. Non-stop adrenaline pumping hack and slash action.

if thats true then this game is going to kick more ass then i had previously thought. i miss games that make you play so fast that you have pause and take a break mid-battle.

Yea, this game is definitely that and much more. From the screenshots, i gather that there will be a lot of different maps, some inside the pyramid and some outside (unlike devil may cry 1 or onimusha types where everything happens in 1 enclosed place with no where else to go).
Also, other than using magics and whatnot, he can use his swords as projectile weapons (kinda like whips, with a range) as he has them attached to his arms with steel chains; well the word used to describe it was chain swords...which is pretty sweet

Also, its about damn time someone came up with an original and brand new game idea for the action/adventure genre. The Legacy of Kains, onimushas and devil may crys , although good games, can't hold the genre by themselves. Need new titles like this one.

I hope its as long as Legacy of Kain for playstation

The game also has legend of dragoon type "additions" where you can do a 5 hit killer combo, or you can do 20 hit link combos. You can use a buncha grapple moves, even in the air, use some sweet ass magics. They got limit break type combos where the character goes in berserk mode. The game play looks insane...

Check out the GSLive at E3 2004: Demonstration, game looks better than any action/adventure i've played on ps2...and a lot more fast paced

Yea it does, but the screenshots hardly do justice to the game in my opinion...because my first impression was "o0 blocky graphics". After watching the E3 demo movie, i was like holllly shit
