Hyakkimaru is a samurai whose weapon of choice is more than the standerd katana. In this modern-day take on the classic manga by Osamu Tezuka, Blood Will Tell follows a lone samurai in his quest to uncover his haunting past. as soon as he was born,Hyakkimaru's limbs were replaced with violent tools of war- piercing blades make up his arms, while a powerful bazooka is hidden in his leg.Okay so the story is a little outlandish (how does the ammo replinish for the bazooka?),but it does offer a premise that promises lots of intence fighting. The game is a 3-d action epic where you guide Hyakkimaru in what sega labels" extreme violence" aginst over 100 demons and monsters. During his soul searching, bionic samurai will get guidence from dororo. a friend who helps and fights alongside him. In two player cooperative play,Hyakkimaruand dororo can be controlled simultaneously.sega definitly knows the samurai hack-n-slash genre, and with one of japan's major and most respected storytellers (Tezuka is best known for astro boy) telling the heroic tale of humanity Blood Will Tell may certainly raise your blood at it release. .........really I don't know if this game is such a good Idea although they make it sound good a man with a bazooka in his leg and arms that are swords??????......I dom't know .well what do you think about this game?

Depends on who's making it.

Unfortunately, that reproduction is full of misspellings. Sega, not 'saga,' is developing the game and it's been hyped up so far to be Devil May Cry-influenced. Whether that's true or not hasn't been confirmed. Even if the gameplay is as good as Devil May Cry, I'd still find it difficult to take a guy with swords for arms seriously.

Exactaly they were tring to make a game that people would play but a bazooka that is just dumb... bazookas and swords just don't mix.

isn't Manga like Hentia or something? i dont know all these japanese cartoons sometimes :?
Hentai is basically Manga porn, but lets not go further into that subject :)
On the subject of Hentai, HMV have a very good selection... Not that I buy Hentai at all (I really don't, I've never seen the point in it...). I was just surprised that HMV actually stock the stuff.
I think that there is a plethora of really good Anime movies out there that could be converted to games. Ninja scroll being one.
HMV's Anime section down here is pitiful. It had Akira and Ninja Scroll. I've had to buy most of my stuff off of the Internet.
I think a lot of people have been complaining over here, we used to be the same. You'd have about five titles to choose from, two of them being decent... Now we have a huge section devoted to the stuff, I took a wee look today and noticed Final Fantasy unlimited. I think I heard somewhere that it wasn't the best of Anime's, which is a shame.
I'm half-way through downloading the first FF Unlimited. Here's the anime I've managed to get hold of so far:
Akira
Ninja Scroll
Blood: The Last Vampire
Perfect Blue
Blackjack
Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend
Urotsukidoji: Demon Womb
Street Fighter
Street Fighter Alpha
Metropolis
Patlabor
Detonator Orgun

I hired FF Unlimited a couple of weeks ago, and it wasn't all that great in my opinion. It had some cool bits, but mostly, it was pretty average. I'd probably like it more if I were about 12 or something, but things about it just got quite annoying.
Apart from the ones that I have, are there any other films that people would recommend?

Yeah there are a few that come to mind:
Fist of the North Star
The Wind of Amnesia
Ghost in the Shell ( there is a tv series now as well called Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, already up to the second season )
I've seen the Ghost in a Shell film, just haven't got around to buying it yet. Heard a few things about FOTNS, may have to get that one.

Interesting HMV in Australia don't sell games, just CDs, Tapes and DVDs! Oh well I suppose that's what EB is for!
Funny that EB is called EB everywhere apart from over here. It's called GAME over here. They changed the name about a year ago.
