It is bullshit how MS won't make Halo a platinum hit, also it makes those gay ass covers with the platinum around the edges so its obvious you bought it hella late!

they are ghetto where as GCN puts the games that sell the most at 30$ a piece, thats blows..........

Yes it is...but people are still buying Halo at full price

It won't go platinum until a little after Halo 2 comes out

My guess is it will go platinum a while after Halo comes out on PC.

Yeah, and in the ad i saw for the platinum hits ( you can confirm this with horrofrk), about 70 % of the games shown where third-party titles.

Halo sells great at 50$ still there is no reason for them to put it lower yet...not until Halo 2 is closer to release, or maybe this holidays they will put it lower.

I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft started a new Xbox bundle where they included Halo...........

Dead to Rights was just added yesterday or the day before or something.

They can't include Halo in the bundle, its a Mature rated game...walmart and [maybe some] other major retailers wouldn't sell it....

Unless they sold it seperatly and gave customers a game of choice like Nintendo did....

Yes they can, it's in an "Adreneline Pack" (sp) in Canada along with Amped.

Yea, I mean those platinum borders are so much more obvious than the green "greatest hits" bar on PSX and the red border at the top of PS2 games that say "greatest hits."

See, MS has this thing called common sense. They put the bad selling games lower so they sell more, and keep the good selling games at the higher price to make more money.

I bought my Xbox in a bundle with Halo, Rallisport Challenge, another controller, and a DVD kit...But that was at Sam's Club.

FutureShop has the 'Adreniline Bundle' with Halo and Amped, just like Phantagram said..

And how the hell did DtR get to be a Platinum hit?

GCN:

Uh........... I can't find a picture, but they have this ugly yellow bar going across that says "Players Choice", which bumps down the GCN circle thing.

Some gamecube player's choice games are $20, like Spider-Man and a few others I saw. $30 is what most are though.
