The thing is, you dont add my account, you add by character and you can only add characters that are on the server you are on. I am on shadow moon and my characters name is Megwynn (random name generated) and I am a human warrior. I also have a Nightelf Rogue named NewPain on Gorefiend.

Alliance has the Paladin, which heals and can ressurect.

The Horde have the Shaman, which can heal and ressurect. They can also do a shitload of magic damage as well as melee.

There are also Warlocks who can cast a soulstone spell on someone, which saves their soul for 30 minutes, so if they die within the time they will ressurect themselves.

Druids can also heal and ressurect, both druids and warlocks can be played by alliance and horde.

Theres just two different boxes, you can make any character you want and you can have more than 1 (8 total I think?).

A gamecard is used instead of a credit card (I'm 99% sure about it). You can buy them at any gaming store and they give so many months, so you pay up front for the gamecard then you don't have to put in your credit card number (again im 99% sure about it) and you get however many months you bought on the game card.

Lets say you have a human warlock and a human paladin. Does that automatically make the two friends? How does that roleplay?

Lets say a Paladin is a human but a Warlock is also a human. Does that make them allies? How do they work together story-wise? The human Paladin is against the Horde and the Burning Legion. The Warlock is human. Because he is human he is with the alliance but because he is also a warlock he uses powers of the burning legion. How could they be on the same side?

Its Alliance vs Hoarde

The Alliance consits of Human, Night Elf, Dwarf, and Gnome

The Hoarde consists of Orc, Tauren, Undead, and Troll

So that means all alliance characters are allies no matter what character type they are, and same goe for hoarde.

Paladin invincibility is gay. They could have atleast give us some ability to stall him while we run. Hopefully some patch in the future will get rid of that.

Paladins in every game have always been able to use invincible. It's all they have.

They didn't nerf the paladins, they fixed a bug because Seal of the Crusader wasn't working as intended.

It was increasing DPS and Attackspeed, when it was supposed to only increase attack speed AND DECREAD damage per second.

I have been playing WoW since xmas and have a lvl 24 Mage. Its a really fun game and I highly reccomend it to all.

My god paladins, you have plate armor and healing spells. You don't need ultra damage, because you are meant to be a tank. You take the hard hits, while the others do the good damage.

With your defense, you guys shouldn't be complaining.

Just got my mount and plate armor, along with Mortal Strike.

I haven't used it yet, I need to make a few more gold and get rid of the rest of my mail armor.

I am almost at 2400 life at 40, once I upgrade all my armor to plate I will be around 2500-2650 easily at the same level.

Instead of pwning all teh pallys they should've just buffed everyone else. I never did amazing damage before, and now I do shit damage (125dmg to guys 7 lvls lower than me -.-).

Some level 23 priest pissed me off so I killed him in 1 hit, for 750.

Yesterday me (lvl 47) and my 3 friends (lvl 51, 53, and 56) raided Bloodhoof village. It was so fun, we pretty much owned everything including the silly nubs you were like lvl 6 and went pvp. Then about 10 guys arrived ranging from high 30s to 60 so we commenced to own and get owned. All in all it was the most fun I've had with this game yet.

I'm jelous, I'm only level 49. My subscrition ran out near the end of Feb. and I havn't renwed yet becuase I'm going on vacation of March Break so it'd be a waste. As soon as I get back I'm renewing though.

Tips to leveling fast:

1.) Stay away from all professions, they wast money and time, stick with mining, skinning, herbalism... those are pickups for fast cash and you don't have to buy extra materals...

2.) Stay out of auction house, man I wasted alot of time there for weapons I could win on quests...

3.) Do as many instances as you can, be sure to link the quests and make sure you haven't missed anything...

4.) Partner up, find someone or some ppl you like questing with that are the same level...

5.) Join a guild that helps, good to know people in high places...

6.) Grind, grind, grind

Exactly, and this game is designed so that if you level up as fast as possible, you miss out on all sorts of quests that give you some really dope equipment as rewards or just plain enemy drops.


P.S. You see that little priest beating up on guys all by himself? He secretly yearns to be invited. Really, keep that in mind folks.

NE Hunter isnt what I'd chose. NE is nice, because you get the racial ability to do what a Rogue is based on, but Hunters are going to be getting nerfed for the next few months. If you want to be lame, and a loser, go Human Paladin. You'll never die, you walk 20 feet and get your mount, and you have to basically be killed twice in all PvP. However, you dont hit very hard. I'd go with a mage to start.

I'd say go rogue cause rogues rock but you'll get made fun of because so many people are making new rogues and all the lvl 60 rogues are getting pissed. People always used to ask me, "why the fuck did you have to quit your old char and make a rogue, geez." Idiots, my rogue was my very first char I made on WoW. They think I rerolled because rogues rock. But ya, rogues do rock.

They are removing the standard abilties on a few of the key pets Hunters tame, IE - they dont come with their racials anymore. Apparently, its all leading up to a full custom setup for pets, much like your talent tree, however this has yet to be seen, and its not even on the test server yet.

Our theories are that they are trying to weed the Hunters out for a while, so if they do implement massive changes, it wont be as hard on the pbase. Hunters are fun, but you dont see to many in the end game 5 man groups (Warrior/Mage/Rogue for DPS, Paladin/Shaman, Priest). They are worth a shot, but you have to remember, Hunters didnt even have a full talent tree until like 3 days before the game went live, so its kind of the thrown together class. And apparently, they are trying to set up hunters to be solo players, for people who dont like the group aspect.

Dude, don't be persuaded by what people say. Be a hunter if you want. My bro is a hunter and he seems to like it. Pets are pretty cool to have. Just pick what looks cool. That's how I chose a rogue.

Anyway, I'm 38 now. The instance servers were crashing all weekend, as well as tonight, so I'd be like 41 and MOUNTED but I'm getting owned by blizzard's server issues.

Ok. I'm done bitching. I hit 40, and its wonderful. Did a world tour last night for a few cool spots, including a Navy SEAL swim out to Darnassus, and dashing in to the Stockades in Stormwind. Good times.

Oh, and I installed MKombat mod, and it is quite possibly the coolest thing i've ever witnessed. Hillarity for every fight.

I need some serious help getting this game installed. When I try installing the first disk, it would load up to Terrain.MPQ, when it would just stop. When I looked at the system performance tab under the "Ctrl+Alt+Del" menu, when it freezes, the CPU usage goes to 100% and stays there. I've tried everything from calling support (thrice), installing under safe mode, copying the discs (4, 3, 2, 1, in that order) to an installation folder, as well as many combinations of those. What the heck should I do?

Oh man, I don't know when you guys started playing, but if you are still interested, I would like to bump this. I would have had so many level 60 chars if I hadn't deleted them, thinking that you could have only one char at a time. Man oh man, this game is awesome. I have a level 41 hunter on Ner'Zhul, and a 20 rogue on the same. I have a 30 shammy on Stormscale. I really want to get to level 60 with my hunter and to get that Bow that can turn into a Spear. OMG that thing is sweet. Lemme know how it's goin for you guys.

omfg!!!!!!!! I just saw the most fucking hilarious WoW video on G4techtv. it is perhaps the entertaining thing ive seen in a long time. Has anybody else seen it? Basically this guy is discussing a plan with a team of about twelve players and just when the priest is about to cast soulwhatever, this dumbass dwarf guy says"Im tired of waiting. Lets kick some ass! Im LEroy (Baggins or Brown)!!!!!!!!!!" then he runs in the room. The leader and the rest of the group are like wtf and follow him in the room promptly getting slaughtered. Very funny.

I just quit WoW. I had a level 60 human paladin on zenedar, deleted it to go horde because Zenedar is by far the best realm, sent my cash over and got to level 50 as an undead warrior. I left because it takes TOO much time up, it literally ruined most of my spare time, and i could never go back now. Play it at your own risk, it is the social life killer ^_^
