Jade Empire vs. KOTOR 2

Which title do you think will be the better, the sequel to Bioware's Star wars classic (though its not being developed by them) , or their all new Chinese IP?

Im leaning towards Jade Empire. Seems like it'll be the better title, and a lot more open ended and fun that KOTOR 2.

Obsidian is pretty talented (former BioWare & Black Isle employees), but I'm going to have to go with Jade Empire. The battle system in JE is real cool, and so are the mini-games.

Jade Empire will be a 2005 GOTY candidate for sure.

I am also thining Jade Empire. Just seems more interesting to me.

I dunno. KOTOR already has a preceding game, which means its more battle worn than JE. Plus, instead of just one person in your group turning evil, or good, you can make them all lean toward the Dark Side, if you feel like it. I think thats awesome.

I beleive in Jade Empire, you can also select if you will walk the path of the hero or villian. Oh well, we'll see.

Im not sure...both look to be damn good games...I cant make this decision as of yet.

I think KotoR 2 will pretty much be the same thing as Metroid Prime --> Metroid Prime 2 - pretty much the same thing, with a few minor changes that keep it a pretty good game.

That's a hard one...it really is...but Jade empire seems more refreshing then Kotor...

I'm going with KOTOR2, just because I love star wars, and anything with star wars in it is automatically alot better.
