My friend brought it over last night. I got to that one guy who was looking for that treasure for that chick. (I know, I'm so exact) Wasn't his name Karim? But anyway, I was having a blast. It was easily one of my top 3 favorite games for the Cube.

Now only if my mom would actually let me buy it :( DAMN BEING 13!

My friend brought it over today so I could see it, and I have to say I like what I see. The battling looked fun, though he wasn't here long enough for me to try it, the graphics were great (not Resident Evil quality, but it offers a lot Resident Evil doesn't), and the story looks very interesting. From what I read about it, the story is about the same as the themes of the stories wrote by H.P. Lovecraft, who is also mentioned in the game, if you have noticed.

yes... i just bought the game the other day....

at first it appeared to suck.... the officer was poorly textured and the girl was even more poorly textured in the scene.....

but then the more i played it, the more i gained respect for it... its a hell of a badass game... adn the graphics of the other charachters are greatly GREATLY superior to the graphics of the two characters at the beginning...

basically, what im trying to say is that the only thing resident evil MAY have on this game is graphics, but its really too close to tell... other than that, ED totally kicks RE in the ASS...

GOD BLESS GAMECUBE!!!!

and god bless not being 13 with parents who wont let me buy ED, that must suck. i'd imagine if i was 13 and had that game id of shit myself by now....

oh, and remember kids, to get the FULL EFFECT of the game you must play it ALONE, and in THE DARK. stay up late....

would you watch a horror movie during lunch time, maybe, i guess, but itd suck, you see?

I got it, and I'm thirteen. My mom is totally unaware of the ESRB :D If I had asked my dad to get it for me he would have said no...

damn these forums are busy!!!

well yeah ED is fucking awesome, and if my mom tried to tell me to not buy it i would laugh in her face

though she wouldnt, im a mommas boy, and aside from that im 17 anyway (18 in a month exactly, well wait actually now its 29 days...)

why did you let your mom watch you, and you are supPOSED to be playing ALONE in the DARK!!! to get the full fear effect, trust me, i played in day and was about afraid as a dog is from a cat, completely sane, no weird effects, then i stay up till 2-3 alone in the dark and i get afraid, very afraid, and with as much sanity as, well, a politician...

My mom just cracked my door and I kept telling her to leave but she wouldn't so I just kept on playing the game. Trust me she wouldn't leave until she saw me play the game.

*One wets self*

Hey, i'm 13, my parents will let me get it. When I was 11 I got 1 15 game. Don't think that my parents don't care. They just know that I understand what is about. And I don't think i'll get nightmares. LOL.

This game....so good....

I only rented it 'cause I don't have the money to buy it, I beat twice and I didn't take the game back for another 2 days, and it was a 5 day rental.

Have you gotten to, well, I won't say nothin, don't want to spoil anything but the insanity effects....some actually tricked me

This is a game that plays the player, and I can't get enough of this game!

Note: I'm 15 but my mom knows I can handle these kinds of games.

next time when your mom cracks the door make your sanity run really low and rfreak her out... either that or chop an innocents (good monks, the good servants, you know) head off and watch them fall to a miserable death...

If I was an only child, I'd most likely be able to get it. I have 2 little brothers though, who are constantly following me around and i need to set a good example

I just have my dad come with me, especially when i am getting CD's that are "parental guidance" or stuff like that.

Dad: "Will this get me or you in trouble with your mother?"
Me: *glances around* "Of course not..."
