I have heard of the Panasonic SD Memory Card Adapter. I don't know the price, but it is said to do more than just save games. It is an adapter that plugs into the gamecube, and then you put little 64 megabyte cards into that. They can store up to 128 times more memory than the standard memory cards do, but the 64mb cards are the same size as the ones used for high tech divises (cameras, mp3's, etc.). This may indicate that you can put pictures on the tv with a gamecube, maybe even upload songs on games....

You forgot to mention one thing. Those cards are a LOT of money. Try 30-50 bucks for just the card with out the adapter slot. Good in theory, but who really wants to buy a little card when they could get another game?
