I would definitely rush out to the shops on launch day and buy this IF I knew more about the storyline. Or is there none? From what I've seen there isn't, but the whole idea of playing with people from around the world is incredible.

This game was mega-popular for the Dreamcast, and it will only get more popular with the GameCube. This will be in my gaming library.

First there was a ship called the Pioneer 1 which landed on a planet to colonize cause your planet was destroyed and something went wrong. The story is the Pioneer 2 comes and tries to find out what went wrong and this one hunter named red ring Rico got lost on the planet and you have to find/save her. The animals and life forms there try to kill you and you find out that there's ancient ruins wich is really a old spaceship. (hope this a little informative)

Other than that there is no real story. And when you play online it has really nothing to do with it. Also there are quests that have there own little story.

But hey the gameplay is bad ass and the fact it has 4 player split screen is insane. So now I can play with my freinds.

One question if anyone can answer this is, how are you going to have different peoples characters if theres only 2 memory card slots while your playing multiplayer???

Baulders gate sucks cock compared to Phantasy Star Online. PSO is the only game I have played for an entire day and missed school so I could play it even more and now I dont go to school anymore and I cant wait to get the new one for gamecube since I'm not going to get the dreamcast one.
