Go down to "Unlock Jet Vermillion Code", follow the directions, and enter the code on your game.

I used the code myself. I knew I was never going to be good enough to get the Jet Vermillion. My game battery would have died by then even. The Jet Vermillion isn't as good as Falcon MK-II or the Stingray, but a good user could probably do well with it.
