Anyone else reserve a copy yet?

I reserved my copy of GameCube at Funcoland for a mere 10 dollars down a couple weekends ago. Sadly they aren't letting you reserve a copy of Metroid yet :(. I hope to buy Super Smash Bros 2, PD 2 and of course Metroid as soon as they come out. Has anyone else reserved anything yet?

What the fuck, I've called twice and 2 different people at Funcoland said they're not taking pre-orders untill August...are they lying to me because the list is already full or something?

I'm not reserving it. I don't mind waiting if I'm not able to find it for a few months, I need to build up money anyways.

Same, I just started setting some money aside today(from mowing lawns) I put $90 aside today, tomorrow I will get $45 more, and on Saturday an additional $45.

I had no problem pre-ordering mine with Funcoland. I would go into the store and ask them because I sometimes get the impression that they don't really listen to what your saying on the phone and they just give you the answer that will end the conversation the fastest.

Yeah, my parents won't buy it for me for my birthday(a pre-order)or Christmas(the actual thing) because they hate games, so Im'a buy it and the stuff myself. I'm putting some money aside in an envelope for it. I just got $45 today, so I have $135 saved in the past 3 days, I'm getting $45 (for the next lawn mowing) on Tuesday, and $25 this weekend for my lawn...I will be set even by then!

I went to Software Etc. and they said that Nintendo made them stop taking preorders, I might go to Funcoland tomorrow and see whats up there, does anyone know if any of the big companies are taking preorders??

I've been saving up for ages and I have $300 AU, but I'm probably getting Conkers BFD unless the GBA comes out soon!
